At FitWithSita, we’re here to help you build lasting strength—from the inside out. Founded by certified personal trainer Sita Dumma, our coaching supports both beginners and experienced individuals with a focus on functional movement, whole-body wellness, and real-life sustainability.

With over five years of professional experience and more than 20 years of personal dedication to training, Sita blends expert knowledge with lived experience. After losing 80 pounds post-pregnancy, she turned her transformation into a mission to help others feel confident, strong, and in control of their health.

    I signed up as a Newbie to gym with Personal Trainer Sita. She customized my workouts by keeping in mind my back injury but still to strengthen it gradually. She worked with me to teach me from basics to advance workouts. My strength have increased significantly and so has my love for gym. I wouldn’t be able to do it without Sita’s help.
    The plus point is that my pelvic floor is stronger than ever before. The things that pelvic physiotherapy couldn’t fix, Sita fixed it with her teachings.

    There are so many amazing things I could say about my personal trainer, Sita! She is the best hype woman ever, and has made me reach and surpass my fitness goals by keeping me accountable and believing in my capabilities. When I started going to the gym (before PTing), I was extremely gym-shy and anxious, and only ever stayed in the Women-Only section in the gym, doing the same two workouts. Now, I go to the gym consistently, have no shame in using the entire gym, and feel so amazing about my body and progress.
    I honestly never believed in the power of personal training, especially because it is not cheap, but let me tell you, the investment is worth it.
    Would 100% getting Sita as your personal trainer, she’s the best.

    I’m a bit ambivalent about reviewing my personal trainer Sita, because she’s so amazing that I almost don’t want to share. However, she has made me realize that my body is so much more capable than I thought it could ever be, and I think she should definitely be recognized for it.
    I’ve worked with Sita for almost a year now and she’s fun, professional, and she seems to genuinely enjoy her profession. She’s not the first trainer I’ve worked with, but she’s definitely the best fit for me. will work with you to improve them.
    She also takes the time to explain what each exercise does to what muscle, and how it all ties into her grand master plan.
